PreSERVE Coalition, along with the Portland Alumnae Chapter of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority host this educational series about healthy aging for older African Americans. Health research and wellness experts will present health information, offer practical ideas for taking action and answer your health questions. Each session will include tasting a healthy soul food recipe.
